Tips for Managing Permissions

  • Review Regularly: Regularly review and update permissions to align with role changes or new team members.

  • Test Changes: After setting new permissions, test them by having an employee at that level login to ensure they have the appropriate access.

  • Communicate Changes: Inform your team about any changes in permissions to avoid confusion and ensure smooth operations.

By following these steps, you can effectively control who has access to view and manage photos and videos within busybusy, enhancing your project's security and organization.
