While we do our best to make busybusy the best we can make it, we do understand that sometimes it just isn't the right fit. This article will walk you through, step by step, how to completely delete your busybusy account, right from your Android device. Please note that you do have to be the account owner in order to delete the account.
If you delete your busybusy account WE CANNOT GET IT BACK. Your data will be permanently lost. If you aren't certain you want to completely delete your account and instead would like to downgrade it to our free version so you're not paying for it anymore, please reach out to our support team (contact info at the bottom of this article). Step 1: Navigate to your Settings in your mobile app.
Step 2: Tap on the Time Keeping section.
Step 3: Tap the Delete Account option.
Step 4: Select Delete Account and then please do leave us feedback! We greatly value feedback to help us improve, and would love to hear from you on why we weren't the best fit for you and your business.
Step 5: Hit SUBMIT and your account will be deleted. We will miss you!
