Are you looking to clean up your project list? Ready to delete or retire your projects? By archiving instead of deleting, records remain consistent and data is retained. When a project is archived in busybusy, time can no longer be recorded to that project and will no longer be displayed as an option in the clock-in list. If at any time you wish to make a project available again, it is as simple as unarchiving the project!
Archive a Project
Select Management Lists in the Left Navigation Menu
Select Projects
Archive a single project
Select the three dots next to the name
Select Archive from the drop-down menu
Archive multiple projects
Select the check-box next to the name of the projects
Select the Archive box with the down arrow located in the top action banner
Unarchive a Project
Select Management Lists in the Left Navigation Menu
Select Projects
Make sure that the Filter is showing on the right side of the screen
The Filter can be expanded/hidden by selecting the three horizontal lines in the top left corner
Select Archived and then Apply

Important:When Archiving a project, please keep in mind that photos and notes will no longer be available to view without unarchiving the project first.
