Adding Progress to Your Dashboard (Web)

Turning Progress Submissions on for your dashboard:

  1. From the left navigation menu select Dashboard.

  2. Click the settings gear on the top right.

  3. Check the Progress Submissions box and move it up or down depending on where you want it to be displayed

  4. Click Apply.

After Progress Submissions is added to your Dashboard, find that card on your Dashboard and click Details to be taken to the Progress report.

Inside Progress Tracking on the Web

  1. How to Navigate to Progress:

    1. From the left navigation menu select Progress.

  2. Using the Filter: The filter is located on the far right side.

    1. You can view Progress Submissions or Project Summary.

    2. Choose the date range: All Time, Pay Period, Monthly, Weekly, Daily, or Custom.

    3. Filter by Project, Project Group, Cost Code, Cost Code Group, Employee, or Employee Group.

    4. Click Apply once you're done filling out the filter area.

  3. Adjusting the Table Row Height

    1. Click the three line icon on the top (to the left of Export).

    2. Choose between Compact, Cozy, Standard, or Comfortable.

    3. Submit when finished.

  4. Export

    1. Click the Export button on the top right.

  5. Adding Progress

    1. Click the + sign on the top right. Fill in the details then click Submit when finished.

  6. Editing Progress Submitted

    1. Click on any submission then click the edit pencil on the top right.

  7. Deleting a Submission

    1. Click the three dot icon to the left of the date in the submission then select Delete Submission.

  8. Project Summary

    1. Click the three dot icon to the left of the date in the submission then select Project Summary. This will show you all the submissions in the date range at the top for that specific project.

  9. Project Status

    1. Click the three dot icon to the left of the date in the submission then select Project Status. This will take you to the project’s dashboard.

  10. Cost Code Status

    1. Click the three dot icon to the left of the date in the submission then select Cost Code Status. This will take you to the cost code’s dashboard.

  11. Employee Status

    1. Click the three dot icon to the left of the date in the submission then select Employee Status. This will take you to the employee’s dashboard.

Inside Progress Tracking on iOS

  1. How to Navigate to your Progress:

    1. Click the three line icon on the top left and click Dashboard.

    2. Click the three dot icon at the bottom right.

    3. Click Progress.

  2. How to Navigate to others' Progress Entries:

    1. Click the three line icon on the top left and click Supervisor Tools.

    2. Click the three dot icon at the bottom right.

    3. Click Progress.

  3. Adding your Progress to your Dashboard

    1. From your Dashboard click the three dot icon at the bottom right.

    2. Click Edit on the top right.

    3. Click on the three lines on the right side of the Progress line and move to the position you want.

    4. Click Done on the top right when finished.

  4. Submit Progress

    1. Inside your Progress click the + sign on the top right.

    2. Fill out the details and click Done on the top right when finished.

  5. View your progress submissions

    1. Inside your Progress click the top left or right arrows to navigate to a specific day.

    2. Click the submission to view more details. Click Edit on the top right if you want to make a change to the submission.

  6. Edit or Delete others' Progress Submissions

    1. Inside your crew’s Progress click on a submission.

    2. Click Edit on the top right.

    3. Make any changes you need then click Done on the top right.

  7. Click Delete Submission at the bottom if you need to delete it.

Inside Progress Tracking on Android

  1. How to Navigate to your Progress:

    1. Click the three line icon on the top left and click Dashboard.

    2. Click the three dot icon at the bottom right.

    3. Click Progress.

  2. How to Navigate to other’s Progress:

    1. Click the three line icon on the top left and click Supervisor Tools.

    2. Click the three dot icon at the bottom right.

    3. Click Progress.

  3. Adding your Progress to your Dashboard

    1. From your Dashboard click the three dot icon at the bottom right.

    2. Click Edit on the top right.

    3. Click on the three lines on the right side of the Progress line and move to the position you want.

    4. Click Done on the top right when finished.

  4. Submit Progress

    1. Inside your Progress click the + sign on the bottom right.

    2. Fill out the details and click Done on the top right when finished.

  5. View your progress submissions

    1. Inside your Progress click the top left or right arrows to navigate to a specific day.

    2. Click the submission to view more details. Click Edit on the top right if you want to make a change to the submission.

  6. Edit or Delete other’s Progress Submissions

    1. Inside your crew’s Progress click on a submission.

    2. Click Edit on the top right.

    3. Make any changes you need then click Done on the top right.

    4. Click Delete Submission at the bottom if you need to delete it.

Good to Know: You can only submit Progress entries for yourself. They cannot be submitted for other employees.
