Activity Reports are an amazing way to really drill into your job costing, which will help you understand your costs and make more accurate bids. Subprojects are included in Activity Reports. Your subproject data is available on both web and mobile. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to export subprojects within Activity Reports using a mobile device.

Viewing Subproject Information
Log in to your account and navigate to the Reports section.
Tap on Project Activity to see a list of your projects.
Use the top drop down menu to specify the time frame you need, then tap on the project you want to view.
Tap on the dropdown menu to switch from the Employees view to the Subprojects view.
Exporting Subproject Data
While viewing the subproject data, tap on the up-arrow icon on Android or the three horizontal dots on iPhone in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap Export on Android or Export CSV on iPhone to generate a report of the subproject data.
The data will be exported in a .csv format that you can open with a program like Excel or Google Sheets.
