Our new update to Activity Reports includes the ability to display and print subproject data. This feature helps you drill into your job costing, understand your costs better, and make more accurate bids. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to print subprojects within Activity Reports using the web.

You can also check out our videos HERE for a walkthrough of how to do this.

Viewing Subproject Information

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Activity Reports section in the left hand menu and select your desired report.

  2. There will be a small plus icon next to your projects if they have subprojects.

  3. Click on the plus icon to expand and view the subprojects associated with the parent project.

  4. Now you can see the breakdown of the subproject total hours or total costs, just like you can see for the overall project.

Printing Subproject Data

  1. To include subproject totals in your printout, click on the plus icon to expand the subprojects you want to include. Only the subprojects that are expanded will be included in the printout.

  2. Click on the three-dot stack icon and click print.

  3. And voila! Your subprojects are now printed.
