If you’re currently integrated with CompanyCam, use this article to find out how to switch the direction your new projects sync. You can choose to go from busybusy to CompanyCam or from CompanyCam to busybusy.

Switch New Project Syncing
Step One: Get started.
From the left navigation menu select Settings
Select Integrations
Step Two: Disconnect your CompanyCam Integration.
Click on CompanyCam
Click Disconnect
When the pop-up window appears asking ‘Are you sure you want to disconnect this integration?’ click Disconnect
Step Three: Reconnect your CompanyCam Integration.
Click the Get Started button
Step Four (Important): Select No Existing Photos from the drop-down menu under the One-Time Photo Import section. This will prevent duplicate CompanyCam photos from appearing in your busybusy photo library.
Step Five: Choose your Project Syncing Direction.
Using the dropdown menu under Project Syncing choose to sync your new projects from busybusy to CompanyCam or from CompanyCam to busybusy
Step Six: Double Check your Project Mapping under the One-Time Project Import.
Note: Since you disconnected your integration and are reconnecting it, most, if not all, projects should have the correct project mapping already. Moving forward, new projects should always be created in the app you designated in Step Five, otherwise, new projects will not sync properly. |
Step Seven: Click the Import button at the top to complete the integration process.
