Time to get PAID! Time cards are a record of the times an employee clocks in and out, including breaks, during a pay period. Historically, time cards are a piece of paper to keep track of. But not on busybusy! We even make it easy to sign your time card right from your mobile device.

Signing your time card has never been easier! No more worrying about turning in your paper time card or struggling to find a pen (or spilling that coffee on it AGAIN!). At the end of your company’s pay period you will be prompted to review and e-sign your time card. From the busybusy app you can approve your time card with your finger and get back to work!

For iOS:

  1. Go to the Dashboard. You can get there from anywhere in the busybusy app by clicking on the three horizontal lines (we call it a “hamburger icon”) and choosing Dashboard.

  2. At the bottom of the screen select the Time Cards icon.

  3. Select Pay Period on the top right.

  4. Use the left arrow key to view the previous pay period.

  5. Review your hours; if they are correct click on the blue words PRESS HERE TO SIGN.

  6. Turn your device sideways and use the tip of your finger to sign your name then select Accept on the top right.

  7. Once you have signed and saved your time card it will sync and your employer will be able to view it.

Time cards cannot be signed if you do not have cell service and/or if you are not connected to the internet.
