From the web:
Step 1:
On a web browser (we prefer you use Chrome, it plays well with busybusy), go to app.busybusy.io
Step 2:
Select Forgot username or password
Step 3:
Enter the email address associated with your busybusy account. If you can’t remember the email address listed in your employee profile, you’ll need to reach out to your supervisor or administrator for assistance.
Step 4:
Log into your email provider to view the email we have sent you. The subject will be Reset password - busybusy.
This email contains your username and a link to be able to reset your password.
If your email is associated with more than one busybusy account, each one will be listed separately.
Please choose the correct link when resetting your password.
Click on the link “RESET PASSWORD for username,” and a screen will appear, allowing you to enter a new password and confirm it. If clicking on the link doesn’t bring up the screen, copy and paste the second link listed in the email into your browser.
Your new password will need to be eight characters or more and is case sensitive.
PLEASE REMEMBER THIS NEW PASSWORD.
Select Submit
A new busybusy log in screen will appear. Enter your username and new password, click SIGN IN.
