Setting inspection permissions in busybusy allows admins to control which positions can perform and manage safety inspections. This feature is available on both the web and mobile app.

Set Inspection Permissions (Web)
Access the Positions Settings:
Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on Settings.
Select Positions from the options.
Choose the Position:
Click on the position you wish to grant inspection permissions to.
Scroll down to the SAFETY section and click on Inspections.
Enable Permissions:
To allow this position to perform inspections, click the box next to Perform Inspections.
To allow this position to manage inspections (view, assign, delete, and manage checklists), click the box next to Manage Inspections.
Save Your Changes:
After enabling the desired permissions, click Submit.
Repeat these steps for other positions as needed.

Open the busybusy app on your mobile device.
Tap on Settings in the main menu.
Tap on Positions.
Choose the Position:
Select the position you wish to grant inspection permissions to.
Scroll down to Manage Safety and tap it.
Enable Permissions:
To allow this position to perform inspections, toggle Perform Inspections on.
To allow this position to manage inspections (view, assign, delete, and manage checklists), toggle Manage Inspections on.
Save Your Changes:
After setting the permissions, tap Save.
