Learn how to submit a safety observation using the mobile app (iOS and Android). Safety observations can be used to report both concerns and positive safety behaviors. You can use the table of contents on the right side of the screen to jump to a video walk through of how to do this.

Mobile Instructions (iOS & Android):
Access the Safety Menu:
From your main clock-in screen (dashboard tray), tap on the Safety icon.
If you don’t see the icon, tap the three dots (...) to find it.
Report Observation:
Tap the Report Observation button.Fill in the Details:
Observation Type: Select either Concern or Positive Feedback.
Anonymous: Toggle this switch if you wish to submit your observation anonymously.
Project: The project you’re clocked into will auto-populate, or select a project from the list.
Date/Time: This will default to the current time but can be adjusted as needed.
Description: Enter a description of what you observed. You can type or use voice-to-text.
Advanced Options:
Tap Advanced Options to attach photos, add a geolocation, or provide more specific location details (e.g., “3rd floor”).
Submit:
When ready, tap Save to submit your observation.
