From the left-hand menu, click on Safety, then select Observations.

Navigate to the Processed tab to see all the processed safety observations.

Select the observation you wish to edit.

Under the Analysis section, click Edit.

You can modify the Severity, Category, and Follow-up Notes as needed.

Once your changes are complete, click Save to update the observation.

From your main menu, tap on Safety and then tap the Observation icon.

Navigate to the Processed tab to see the completed observations.

Tap the observation you want to edit.

Tap the Pencil icon in the upper-right corner to make changes.

You can modify the Severity, Category, and Follow-up Notes.

Once done, tap Save in the upper-right corner to finalize the changes.
