If you don’t see the Safety icon in your dashboard tray, you can add it manually to make reporting safety observations more accessible. This article explains how to add Safety to the dashboard tray on both iOS and Android.

Mobile Instructions (iOS & Android):

  1. Access the Dashboard Tray:

    • On your main clock-in screen, look at the icons along the bottom of your screen (this is the dashboard tray).

  2. Find the Safety Icon:

    • If the Safety icon is already visible, you’re all set!

    • If you don’t see it, tap the three dots (...) at the end of the tray to access more options.

  3. Edit Dashboard Tabs:

    • Tap the Pencil icon to bring up a list of all available dashboard tabs.

    • Only the top four tabs will appear in the dashboard tray. The rest will appear under the More icon.

  4. Move Safety to the Dashboard Tray:

    • To move the Safety tab to the main dashboard tray, tap and hold the three solid lines next to Safety and drag it up to one of the top 1-4 positions.

  5. Save:

    • Once you’ve arranged your dashboard tabs, tap Save to confirm the changes.
The Safety icon will now appear in your main dashboard tray for quicker access.
