Set Safety Training Permissions (Web & Mobile)

Setting up safety training permissions is essential for managing and performing safety training within busybusy. By default, only the Admin position has access to manage and conduct safety trainings. This article will guide you through setting safety training permissions on both the web and mobile app!

On Web:

  1. Navigate to Settings: Log in to your busybusy account on the web. Go to the Settings tab.

  2. Select Positions: Under Positions, click on the position (e.g., Manager or Supervisor) you want to modify.

  3. Manage Safety: In the Manage Safety section, click on Trainings.

  4. Enable Permissions:

    • Perform Trainings: Allows the employee to conduct and create new safety training meetings with themselves as the instructor.

    • Manage Trainings: Allows the employee to assign other instructors, view, edit, or delete meetings.

  5. Save Changes: Once you have selected the desired permissions, click Update to save the changes.

  6. Repeat: Repeat these steps for any other positions that need safety training permissions.

Only positions with the appropriate permissions will have access to safety training features on web.

On Mobile:

  1. Open the Settings Tab: Open the busybusy app on your mobile device. Go to the Settings tab.

  2. Select Positions: Tap on Positions and then select the position you want to modify (e.g., Supervisor or Manager).

  3. Manage Safety: Scroll to find the Manage Safety section and tap on it.

  4. Toggle Permissions:

    • Perform Trainings: Toggle this option to allow the employee to conduct and create new safety training meetings.

    • Manage Trainings: Toggle this option to allow the employee to assign other instructors, view, edit, or delete meetings.

  5. Save Changes: Tap Save to apply the changes.

  6. Repeat: Repeat these steps for other positions that need permissions.

Only employees with the necessary permissions can access and perform safety training activities within busybusy on mobile.

Setting the correct permissions for each position ensures that only authorized employees can conduct and manage safety trainings. Adjust these settings as necessary to match your company’s needs.
