Collect Employee Signatures for Safety Trainings (Web & Mobile)

Collecting signatures is a vital part of documenting safety training attendance. This article will guide you through how to collect employee signatures for safety trainings using both the mobile and web versions of busybusy.

On Mobile:

  1. Open the busybusy App: Go to Supervisor Tools > More > Safety Training.

  2. Select the Training: Choose the scheduled meeting from the list.

  3. Mark Attendance: In the meeting details, tap on the Attendance section.

  4. Collect Signatures: Tap on an employee's name to open the signature box. Have the employee sign directly on the device.

    • Employee Access: Employees can also sign the training attendance from their own devices by navigating to their Safety Dashboard, selecting Trainings, and adding their signature.

    • Clock-Out Reminder: If an employee forgets to sign during the training, they will receive a reminder to sign before clocking out.

On Web:

  1. Log In to busybusy Web: Navigate to the Safety Module > Trainings > Scheduled tab.

  2. Select the Training: Click on the meeting where you want to collect signatures.

  3. Collect Signatures: In the Attendance section, click on each employee’s row. A signature box will appear where the employee can use the mouse to sign their name.

  4. Save: Once the signature is added, the system will automatically save it under the employee’s name.

Collecting signatures ensures you have a documented record of who attended each safety training. With busybusy, this process is made simple and reliable, providing you with accurate records that are easily accessible.
