Adding Additional Attendees to a Safety Training (Web & Mobile)

Sometimes, you may need to add more attendees to a safety training meeting, either before or during the session. In this guide, we'll walk you through adding additional attendees on both the mobile and web versions of busybusy.

On Mobile:

  1. Open the busybusy App: Navigate to Supervisor Tools > More > Safety Training.

  2. Select the Meeting: Find the scheduled training and tap on it.

  3. Tap Attendees: In the meeting details, select the Attendees section.

  4. Add Attendees: Tap on the + icon in the corner. A list of employees will appear; select the employees you want to add.

  5. Save Changes: Once selected, tap Save to update the attendance list.

On Web:

  1. Log In to busybusy Web: Go to the Safety Module and click on Trainings.

  2. Select the Meeting: Click on the scheduled training under the Scheduled tab.

  3. Edit Attendance: In the Attendance section, click Add Attendees.

  4. Add Employees: Select the employees you wish to add to the training.

  5. Save Changes: Click Save to update the meeting with the new attendees.
