Our automatic Offline Mode allows you to track time without service. Time entries, actions, and GPS locations are saved and uploaded when back in range.
In order to have access to the Offline Mode, users first need to be logged into their accounts prior to entering a remote area with no cell phone service.
There will be a notification bar that reads Offline when a user doesn't have service.
If you notice that the data has not made it to the server after being back in range, try hard closing the app and reopening it. This makes the app resync with the server.
Time Card Signatures are required to have service or wifi users will not be able to sign their time cards if they are in offline mode.
