The Daily Sign-Off questions are a way to check in with your employees to ensure they have accurate time entries, follow your break policy, and report injuries. If a response has been flagged you can view and resolve issues in busybusy’s Daily Sign-Off Report. This report helps keep your data accurate and employees compliant.

From the Web
Step One: Get to the Report
- From your busybusy account, go to the left navigation menu.
- Select Verification & Safety and Daily Sign-Off.
Step Two: About the Report
- To change the day you are viewing click on the arrows located at the top.
- To Print the report, select the printer icon located at the top right.

On the far right, you can filter what you see. Use the dropdown arrows and click Apply when finished.

- Date Range
- Employee
- Employee Group
- Position
- Issue status (open or closed)
- Issue type (all, time incorrect, not break compliant or injured)
- Signature status (signed or not signed)

4. At the top, the numbers will indicate how many of your employees had issues that need resolving.

- Incorrect Time
- Break Issues
- Injured
Step Three: Resolving or Processing Issues
- Your employees will be listed with their daily sign-off answers in the middle of the report.
- If you see a Red Flag, an issue needs to be resolved.

- Click on the red flag.
- If your employee left a description, that would show here.
- Click on Fix Entries>>Click in the Start box>> Edit the Time Entry >>Save at the bottom.
- Go back by clicking the arrow on the top left.
- After fixes have been made, select Resolve>> select a Resolution Option >> click Submit.
- A timestamp will appear reflecting who resolved the issue and when.
- The flag will now be gray, so you will know where an issue was resolved.
3. If you see a Red Medical Bag icon, an employee has said yes to an injury.

- Click on the medical bag.
- Click on the + next to the medical bag to see more details.
- You can see when the report was submitted and what device it was recorded on.
- To address the injury, click Process>> fill out the note >> select Submit.
- A new note will appear saying when the injury was processed and by who.
- The medical bag will turn gray, indicating when an injury was reported and processed.
4. If you see Sign Now next to an employee’s name, they did not answer the sign-off questions.

- Click on Sign Now and answer the daily sign-off questions for the employee.
- Click Submit, and you will be prompted to sign. Once that is completed, the Sign Now will be removed for that employee.
Android & iOS
Step One: Get to the Report
- Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left.
- From the menu select Reports then Daily Sign-Off.
Step Two: About the Report
- To change the day you are viewing click on the blue arrows at the top.
- You can filter what you see by clicking on the filter icon on the top right. Click Apply on the top right when finished.

- Issue status: All, Open or Closed
- Issue types: All, Time Incorrect, Not Break Compliant, or Injured
- Signature status: All, Signed or Unsigned

Step Three: Resolving or Processing Issues
- In the middle of the report, the employees who need an issue resolved will be listed.
- If you see a Red Flag an issue needs to be resolved.

- Click on the red flag.
- Click on the time entry with the red flag.
- Click on Fix Entries>> Click on the pencil on the bottom right of the card>>edit or delete the time entry>>Click Done on the top right.
- When you are done making edits>> click Close on the top left.
- You can resolve the issue by clicking Mark As Resolved. Optionally you can make a note about how the issue was resolved.
- Select Submit on the top right.
- Under Resolved, a timestamp will appear reflecting who resolved the issue and when.
- The flag will now be gray, and “Completed!” will show at the top.
3. If you see a Red Medical Bag icon, an employee has said yes to an injury.

- Click on the medical bag.
- You can see when the report was submitted, what device it was recorded on, and any notes the employee may have left..
- To address the injury, click Mark asProcessed >> make a note >> select Submit.
- Under Processed, it will show when the injury was processed and by who.
- The medical bag will turn gray indicating when an injury was reported, and that it was processed.
4. If you see Sign Now in blue, next to an employee’s name, that individual did not answer the sign-off questions.

- Click on Sign Now and answer the daily sign-off questions for the employee.
- Click Submit on the top right, and you will need to include a signature.
- Click Accept on the top right.
- Once that is completed, the Sign Now will disappear for that employee.
