With our premium subscription, you can enhance your project documentation by uploading videos directly to your photo library. This guide will walk you through the steps to upload a pre-recorded video or record and upload a new video using the busybusy app.
The ability to upload videos is dependent on the Manage Photos permission, which you can learn more about HERE.

Upload a Video
Navigate to Photos & Notes
Open the busybusy app.
In the navigation menu, select Photos & Notes.
Tap on the + Button
Look for the + button, usually located at the bottom of the screen.
Tap this button to open the media options.
Choose the Camera Icon
You will see several icons. Tap the camera icon to proceed.
Select or Record Video
Select Pre-Recorded Video: If you have a video saved in your device’s library, tap to choose it.
Record New Video: To record a new video, tap the camera icon again to start recording.
Add Video to the Library
After selecting or recording your video, tap Add or Done in the upper right corner of the screen.
Assign a Project
Choose the project to which this video will be assigned. This helps in organizing your media files.
Add Notes or Tags
You can enhance the video’s information by adding notes or tags. This makes it easier to search and categorize later.
Save and Upload
Finally, tap Save or Done in the upper right corner to upload your video to the busybusy Photo Library.
