1. Accessing the Incident

  • Locate the reported incident you wish to review in the Incidents tab under Safety.

  • Click on the Review button.

2. Adding Missing Information

  • If any essential information is missing from the incident report, you'll notice an Add button in the relevant section. Click on this button to fill in any missing and required details.

3. Editing Information

  • You have the flexibility to edit any information within the incident report by clicking the Edit button in the upper right corner. This allows you to update details if anything changes or if there's information you're unsure about at the time of review.

4. Saving Your Progress

  • If you need to pause the review process due to changing information or incomplete data, you can submit the section you’re working on and return to the report later. The information that was added will be saved and this can give you more time to thoroughly review the incident report without feeling rushed.

5. Submitting the Review

  • Once all necessary information has been filled out and you are satisfied with the accuracy of the report, you can submit it.

  • Click on the Submit Review button in the upper right corner to mark the report as reviewed and completed.

6. Completing OSHA Recordable Incidents

  • If the incident was marked as an OSHA recordable incident, there is an additional step required for completion. All OSHA recordable incidents will appear under the OSHA Form 300 tab. To finalize the process, ensure that the injury or illness Outcome is marked appropriately.

By following these steps, you can effectively review incident reports and ensure that all necessary information is accurate and complete. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during the review process, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance. We're here to help ensure the safety and compliance of your organization!
