This feature is available on both Android and iOS devices, and only users with permission to perform inspections can attach photos and notes. Learn more about those permissions HERE.
Steps to Attach Photos & Notes to Inspections
Access the Inspections Feature:
Open the busybusy app on your mobile device.
Tap on Safety in the main menu.
Tap Inspections at the bottom of the screen.
Select an Assigned Inspection:
Use the dropdown menu at the top center to select Assigned to Me.
Tap on the inspection you wish to complete.
Attach a Photo:
Tap on a question within a category.
Tap Attach Photo.
Select a photo from your library or tap the camera icon to take a new photo.
Tap Done or Add to attach the photo.
Add Notes:
Tap on a specific question to add notes or comments.
Type your notes in the provided field.
Tap Save to save your notes.
