Instructors play a crucial role in leading and completing safety trainings. Using the busybusy mobile app, instructors can easily access scheduled trainings, mark attendance, collect signatures, add photos and notes, and mark the training as complete. Steps for Instructors to Access and Complete Safety Trainings (Mobile):

Step 1: Access Scheduled Safety Trainings

  1. Open busybusy Mobile App:

    • Log in to the busybusy mobile app on your device.

  2. Navigate to Supervisor Tools:

    • Tap on Supervisor Tools in the main menu.

    • Select Safety Trainings from the list.

  3. Select the Scheduled Training:

    • Under the Scheduled tab, locate and select the training meeting you need to conduct.

Step 2: Conduct the Safety Training

  1. Review Training Material:

    • Within the selected training, you’ll see the attached training materials. Open the document to review the material with your team.

  2. Mark Attendance:

    • Tap on the Attendees list to see the employees scheduled to attend the meeting.

    • Mark each employee as present by checking their name.

    • If additional employees need to be added (e.g., if someone joins the meeting last minute), tap the + icon in the top-right corner to add their names to the attendance list.

  3. Collect Signatures:

    • Ask attendees to sign the attendance sheet. Employees can use the instructor's device to add their signatures.

    • Alternatively, employees can add their signature later from their own devices through their Safety Dashboard if needed.

  4. Add Photos and Notes:

    • Tap on the Notes section to include any relevant comments about the meeting.

    • Use the Add Photos option to attach pictures related to the training, such as images from a job site or of the equipment being discussed.

Step 3: Mark the Training as Complete

  1. Final Review:

    • Double-check that all attendees are marked and signatures are collected.

  2. Mark Complete:

    • Once the training is finished and all details are recorded, tap Mark Complete. This will save the training details securely in the system.

IMPORTANT

Once marked as complete, the main training details cannot be edited, but you can still add additional notes or update attendance records.
