Steps to Create a Safety Training Meeting on Web:
Step 1: Access Safety Training
Navigate to Safety:
Log in to your busybusy account on the web.
From the main menu, click on Safety and select Trainings.
Step 2: Start Scheduling a Meeting
Click on the Schedule Button:
Make sure you're under the Scheduled tab.
Click the Schedule button to start creating a new safety training meeting.
Step 3: Fill Out Meeting Details
Set Date and Time:
Choose the date and time for the training. The system will auto-populate tomorrow's date at 7:00 AM, but you can adjust it as needed.
Select Instructor:
Click on the Instructor field to assign the meeting instructor. Only employees with Perform Trainings or Manage Trainings permissions will appear in this list.
Select Training Material:
Click on Training Material to open the list of preloaded materials and custom PDFs.
Use the search option to find a specific safety topic.
Use the Filter by Source option to sort by sources like OSHA, CPWR, or custom uploads.
To upload a new custom PDF, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select Custom Training Material. Click Upload, select your file, give it a title, and hit Create. This document will now be available in your library for future use.
Title:
The system auto-fills this field with the selected training material's name. You can modify it if needed.
Project (Optional):
Assign the meeting to a specific project if applicable.
Attendees:
Choose the employees you want to attend the training. Additional attendees can be added later by editing the meeting.
Notifications:
The notification toggle is on by default. This sends a push notification to both the instructor and attendees when the meeting is scheduled, as well as a reminder notification right before the meeting starts.
Details:
Description: Add any additional context or details about the meeting.
Instructor Information: Provide specific instructions to guide the instructor during the training.
Step 4: Save the Meeting
Once all fields are filled out, click ‘Save’ to create the safety training meeting. The meeting will now appear under the Scheduled tab for the selected instructor and attendees.
