Archiving and Managing Archived JSAs (Web & Mobile)

Archiving JSAs allows you to declutter your active JSA list while retaining access to past analyses for reference or compliance purposes. Busybusy provides easy tools to archive, view, and restore JSAs on both web and mobile platforms.

Key Considerations

  • Archiving vs. Deleting:

    • Archiving retains the JSA for future reference.

    • Deleting permanently removes the JSA and its associated data.

  • Access Permissions:

    • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to archive, restore, or delete JSAs. Please check out our article HERE with more information!

  • Filters for Efficiency:

    • Use filters to quickly switch between active and archived JSAs.

Archiving JSAs on Web

  1. Access the JSA Reports Window:

    • Log in to busybusy on your web browser.

    • Click on Safety in the left-hand navigation menu and select JSA Reports.

  2. Select the JSA to Archive:

    • Use the search bar or filters to locate the JSA you want to archive.

    • Check the box next to the JSA.

  3. Archive the JSA:

    • Click the Archive button at the top of the list.

    • Confirm the action when prompted. The JSA will move to the Archived section.

Managing Archived JSAs on Web

  1. Access Archived JSAs:

    • In the JSA Reports window, use the Filters option to view only archived JSAs.

  2. Restore an Archived JSA:

    • Locate the archived JSA you want to restore.

    • Check the box next to the JSA and click the Unarchive button.

  3. Permanently Delete Archived JSAs:

    • If you no longer need a JSA, select it and click the Delete button.

    • Confirm the action.

Archiving JSAs on Mobile

  1. Access the JSA Reports Section:

    • Open the busybusy mobile app.

    • Tap on Safety in the main navigation menu (or under the three-dot More menu) and select JSA Reports.

  2. Select the JSA to Archive:

    • Find the JSA you wish to archive.

    • Tap on the JSA name to open it.

  3. Archive the JSA:

    • Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

    • Select Archive and confirm the action.

Managing Archived JSAs on Mobile

  1. View Archived JSAs:

    • Open the JSA Reports section.

    • Tap on the Filter icon and select Archived to view archived JSAs.

  2. Restore an Archived JSA:

    • Open the archived JSA you want to restore.

    • Tap the three-dot menu and select Unarchive.

  3. Permanently Delete Archived JSAs:

    • Open the archived JSA you want to delete.

    • Tap the three-dot menu and select Delete. Confirm the action.
