Overview

Granting location access to the busybusy app ensures location-based features like reminders and GPS-based tracking function properly. Follow the steps for your device below.

Android

1. Open Device Settings

  • Unlock your Android device.

  • Open the Settings app (gear icon).

2. Locate busybusy App Settings

  • Scroll down and tap Apps or Applications (may vary by device).

  • Find and tap busybusy in the list of installed apps.

3. Grant Location Permission

  • Tap Permissions or App Permissions.

  • Select Location.

  • Choose Allow all the time or Allow only while using the app, based on your company's preference.

4. Verify Location Accuracy Settings

  • Go back to Settings > Location.

  • Ensure Use Location is enabled.

  • If available, toggle on Improve Accuracy or Google Location Accuracy for better GPS performance.

5. Restart the App

  • Close the busybusy app completely.

  • Reopen the app to apply the new permissions.

iOS

1. Open Device Settings

  • Unlock your iPhone or iPad.

  • Tap the Settings app (gear icon).

2. Locate busybusy App Settings

  • Scroll down and find busybusy in the app list.

  • Tap busybusy to open its settings.

3. Grant Location Permission

  • Tap Location.

  • Select Always Allow for continuous access, or While Using the App if preferred.

  • Ensure Precise Location is toggled on for accurate GPS data.

4. Enable System Location Services

  • Go back to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

  • Ensure Location Services is enabled.

5. Restart the App

  • Close the busybusy app completely.

  • Reopen the app to apply the new permissions.
