Editing the details of your photos and videos on busybusy is straightforward and allows for more comprehensive project management and documentation. This guide will walk you through the steps to update notes, tags, and assigned projects for your media files on both the web and mobile platforms.

On the Web
Navigate to the Photo Library:
Login to your busybusy account on the web and navigate to the Photos tab.
You must be in gallery view to edit details.
Open Edit Options:
Click on the three stacked dots (⋮) next to the photo or video you want to modify.
Edit Details:
You can modify the description, assigned project, and tags for the photo or video.
Note: The date and original uploader’s information cannot be changed.
Click Update to save your edits.
The system will update the Last Edited by field with the name of the person who made the changes and the date of the modification.

On Mobile
Navigate to the Photo Library:
Launch the busybusy app on your mobile device and go to your photo library.
Select the Photo or Video
Browse through your media and tap on the photo or video you wish to edit.
Open Edit Options:
Tap the three dots (⋮) located usually at the upper part of the screen for additional options.
View All Details
From the menu that appears, tap on View All Details to see the full information associated with the selected media.
Edit Details:
In the details view, tap on Edit or the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen to start editing.
You can update the notes, assigned project, and tags.
Note: The date and who uploaded the photo or video cannot be changed.
Save Your Changes
After making the necessary edits, tap Save or Done to apply the changes.
Once the details are edited, the person who made the changes and the date of the changes will be recorded in the Last Edited by field.
