Save yourself some time by copying a previously created Sign-In question to use again. busybusy gives you the option to copy an old Sign-In question to use again as a new question.

Why would you want to do this? Well, it saves time because you can quickly create a new question by copying the parts of an old question that you still want to use. For example, perhaps you have a question that currently asks everyone in the company if they have their PPE, but now you want to add an explanation that lists each piece of PPE. Instead of taking the time to create a new question from scratch, Use the Copy Question feature to copy your old PPE question and quickly type the desired explanation. Keep everything else the same, hit the create button, and in just a few seconds, you have a new custom Sign-In Question. Delete the old question, and you’re off to the races. The new question will appear in the Daily Sign-In questionnaire.

You might be wondering: Why can’t I just use the edit button to change an old question?

That’s a fair question. We purposely designed our Custom Sign-In Questions feature so that once a question is created, certain parts of the question cannot be edited. This is to protect the integrity of submitted answers. So, if you wish to change the question itself or the description of the question, you’ll need to create a new question. This is where the Question Copy feature is handy. If you want to read more about how to edit a previously created Sign-In question, click HERE.
