From the left-hand menu, click on Safety, then select Observations. Only those with permission to manage safety observations will be able to access this feature.

Click on an observation under the Open tab.

Review the details, including any photos or GPS pins.

Click Process Observation in the upper-right corner.

You have the option to assign a Severity, categorize the observation, and add Follow-up Notes about any action taken in response to the observation (optional but highly encouraged).

When ready, click Submit to process the observation.

To edit a processed observation, select it from the Processed tab.

Click Edit under the Analysis section to modify details or add notes, and then click Save.

From your main menu, tap on Safety and then tap the Observation icon at the bottom of the screen.

Tap on an observation under the Reported tab to view details.

Tap Process Observation at the bottom of the screen.

You can assign a Severity, categorize the observation, and add Follow-up Notes if any actions were taken (optional but highly encouraged).

Tap Save in the upper-right corner to process the observation.

To edit a processed observation, tap it under the Processed tab.

Tap the Pencil icon in the upper-right corner, make your changes, and tap Save.
